FACT: Over 50% of the population in West Michigan is female.
FACT: Only 1 in 4 computing jobs in the region are held by women.
WMTT connects and supports local employers, educators and community organizations to build a stronger, more diverse tech workforce. We want to flip the script and encourage more women to take advantage of the opportunities that exist in the IT field.

We partnered with Ingalls Pictures to create a video that inspires women and girls in our community to consider a job in IT.
